Each bank account or savings space is counted once. Physical cash is added separately. Currencies are not converted or mixed. Statement balances may be historical.

Import statements

Import notes
Reads Wio credit cards (separate last four digits), Wio accounts, ADCB credit cards (including CardStatement exports), ADCB individual current-account statements, and ADCB consolidated current-account statements. Wio Savings Spaces are balance snapshots, not income. Verify that the import preview explicitly shows all three spaces before importing. Unidentified Wio account movements are excluded from import and totals until their source can be verified. Matching ADCB outgoing and Wio incoming transfers to Luis Alejandro Castillo are reconciled by amount, currency and date (within 4 days). Check the count and review every transaction before importing. Passwords are stored only in your browser if you opt in. PDFs are processed on-device; nothing is uploaded to this Netlify site.
Settings & privacy
Local-only prototype
Your data is stored in this browser on this device. It is not synchronized between phones, and this version does not include secure login. Do not use it as a shared family account until a private backend with authentication is configured.
Export your transactions regularly. Clearing Safari website data may erase locally saved entries.
Custom account & card names
Give any card or account a friendly name. Renaming does not change its imported identification or duplicate detection.
Choose a color for each source. Transactions and reports show matching colored markers.
Duplicate transactions
For re-imported or shared statements, exact matching rows are skipped automatically. Generic Wio account rows are quarantined instead of counted, because their original account cannot be reliably identified. Make a backup before clearing duplicates. Transfers between accounts remain recorded on each side and excluded from income/expenses only when recognized.
All unidentified legacy “Wio account” rows are excluded from totals and archived for review, including unmatched interest credits that could duplicate Savings Spaces earnings. They are not permanently deleted and remain in Backup data (JSON). Identified accounts are preserved.
Categories
Categories are editable on each transaction. Rules automatically suggest categories for common merchants; ambiguous entries remain Uncategorized.
